sfDynamicsPlugin

I released 0.9.3 and 0.9.4 versions as 0.9.4, because of an error I made in the changelog. The plugin gained in stability, and jquery UI was updated.

As always, you should either use a symfony project tagged version, or a symfony-plugins tgz/pear release to install it, so you can be sure there wont be any unwanted update in your project.
